Bombay High Court issued notices to the Superintendent of Police and others.

The Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court comprising of Hon’ble Justice V.M. Deshpande and Hon’ble Justice Pushpa V. Ganediwala at the High Court here has issued the notices to the Superintendent of Police and Police Station Officer, Police Station, Narkhed, on the petition filed by one Nathabai Chindhuji Chaware, by order dated 14th October 2021 in Criminal Writ Petition filed by the petitioner.
The petitioner alleging the petition that she approached to the Police Station with a request to register the complaint against her son and daughter-in-law Krishna Chaware, Meena Chaware, and others who have committed cheating and breach of trust of the petitioner. It is alleged by the petitioner that she is the owner of the agricultural field bearing Khasra No.707 and 708. In the year 2019, the employees of the Jio Company came to the field of the petitioner and enquired the petitioner in respect of erecting the Tower in the field. It was assured by the employees of the Jio Company that they will pay Rs.30,00,000/- to the petitioner and Rs.40,000/- per month towards the rent.
The petitioner further alleged that, her son and daughter-in-law by forging the signature of the petitioner and in collusion with the employees of the Jio Company withdrawn all the amount and ousted the petitioner from her home.
That, the petitioner after hearing the Counsel, issued the notices to the Superintendent of Police and the Police Station, Officer, Police Station, Narkhed, District- Nagpur, and directed to file the reply within four weeks.
