High court issued notices to superintendent of police Bhandara and others in a case registered under the atrocities act

Justice A. S. Chandurkar and Amit B. Borkar at the Nagpur Bench Of Bombay High Court issued the notices returnable in 3 weeks to the respondents Rajendra Khobragale, Dhananjay Madhav Dalal, Ashish Dhananjay Dala and others in a case filed for quashing of FIR registered under the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989.

One Pramod Sitaramji Heda approached to the Nagpur Bench Of Bombay High Court for quashing of F.I.R. registered under the provisions of atrocities act registered at the instance of Rajendra S/o Narendra Khobragale who belongs to Scheduled Caste category.

The petitioner Pramod Heda alleged that the false case came to be registered against him on the say of Dhananjay Madhav Dalal who is a politically influential person and holding the prominent post in Nationalist Congress Party.

The Petitioner Pramod Heda alleged that the Police authorities are not doing the fair investigation. Though the CCTV footages were given to the Police officials which reveals that the Dhananjay Dalal, Ashish Dalal and others have assaulted the petitioner and even the Rajendra Khobragade was not on the spot, in spite the false offences under the atrocities act came to be registered.

The petitioner Pramod Heda urged the court to issue directions to the Superintendent of Police Bhandara to investigate the matter and to take appropriate action against Rajendra Khobragade, Dhananjay Dalal, Ashish Dalal and other culprits.
